Shipping policy

Where we ship

Damda currently ships free to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or international destinations. Checkout will accept only eligible delivery addresses.

From photo to order

Choose a product and size, upload a JPG or PNG, create your watercolor with AI, and click Use This Preview before ordering. You may also create your watercolor first and choose your product afterward. Up to five previews per session are available, including regenerated versions. We use the artwork you select; you do not need to wait for an emailed proof.

Production and delivery

After checkout, our team reviews the selected artwork, product, size, and order details for print quality before manually submitting the order to production. Products are printed and shipped from the USA. Production averages approximately 1–3 business days; transit within the contiguous United States averages approximately 2–6 business days after dispatch. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Product availability, weekends, holidays, production issues, and carrier delays can extend the timeline. Orders containing several products may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will provide tracking information once available. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact hello@shopdamda.com promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun. For damage or delivery problems, include your order number and relevant photos. Keep the product and packaging and contact us before sending anything back.
